Terms:

Our terms are net 30 days upon credit
approval. To apply for credit, please fill out and submit our
online credit application with 3 trade references
7 days prior to placing your order with us.
|
|
Purchase Order:
|
We only process jobs after credit arrangements
have been made and a purchase order has been received with complete
order information, credit terms and freight terms addressed.
|
|
Overruns/ Underruns:
|
5% overs or unders are considered standard
in the industry unless quoted or specified differently on the purchase
order.
|
|
Production Time:
|
2-3 weeks depending on the size of
the job and amount of work to be done. We will always try to
work within your time frame.
|
|
Minimum:
|
500
|
|
Printing Method:
|
Offset Litho on 18 pt. C1S cover
stock.
|
|
Digital Files:
|
We
accept digital files on the Macintosh or PC platform using the latest
versions of: QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign. We recommend non-compressed files with all colors
specified as CMYK. Documents must be created 100% to size.
Screen and printer fonts must be included. Hard copy such as
inkjet, laser or other color ouput must be provided in CMYK, with size
and special instructions noted. Line art should be supplied at no
less than 600 dpi. Four color process scans must be at least 300
dpi at 100%. Accepted media are CD or DVD, or you may send your
files to us via FTP (please call for FTP instructions.) If you prefer you can use our large file retrieval link. Go to: www.popmats.com
and click on the webcargo upload link. Browse to file and upload. A
notification email will be sent to us when upload is complete. If you
have any difficulties please contact us.

Freight:
|
F.O.B. our factory in Forest Hill,
MD. We palletize and shrink-wrap bulk packed cartons and ship
common carrier unless quoted otherwise.
